Consensus building is the key to designing facilities for churches and other religious organizations. At A2H we seek maximum input from the many stakeholders involved in the religious organization with whom we are working. We at A2H recognize that it is imperative that all voices are heard, and that ownership and buy-in are achieved. For that reason, we are pro-active in facilitating discussion among stakeholders to build consensus, and to prioritize appropriately the needs and wants of the church or religious organization with which we are engaged, with a watchful eye on the ever important budget.
