I-40 Advantage Industrial Park

The City of Brownsville and the Tennessee Department of Economic and Community Development wanted a vacant site to be marketable for industrial development. The site is approximately 138 acres, located within the I-40 Advantage Industrial Park at Highway 70/79 and Windrow Road.

A2H worked with the city and the ECD to help the area become a Select Tennessee Certified Site. The team conducted a survey and due diligence to determine the site’s assets, utilities, and other capabilities for potential developers. A2H displayed the potential use of the site after determining its capability to ideally accommodate a large manufacturing facility or distribution center. The team also demonstrated the site’s flexibility to provide a wide range of building needs and configurations. 

A2H also helped the city obtain a TVA Invest Prep Grant to help fund the design and construction on an access road leading into the industrial site.
